Our mission is to influence lasting change in the male-dominated director awards.

Our collective of 50 female DGA members formed in 2018 after, yet again, no female directors were nominated for DGA Awards in the Best Feature and Best First Time Feature Categories.
 We are a grassroots, volunteer organization with all donations going directly to promoting women directors this awards season. There are no administrative costs.
